BA in International Culinary Arts
BA in International Culinary Arts is a 3-year full-time professional programme and involves comprehensive study of the basic and advanced skills needed for a career within the culinary world. In addition to honing their culinary skills, this course of study provides students a strong business foundation. Students are prepared for work within a wide range of positions within the culinary and food service industries, and graduates go on to work as cooks, chefs, sous chefs, pastry chefs and cooking instructors. Others can find work as food writers, food wholesalers, product developers, restaurant owners or sommeliers, among other positions.
Pass in Class 12 Board Exams from any stream.
